Had new HVAC system installed last month. Requested tech to explain and resolve issues with humidifier. Victor was extremely patient and listened to my concerns. He checked my system thoroughly. Explained how humidifier works in poor ventilation areas and dry conditions. Answered all my questions. I was told totally satisfied when he left.

We had a brand new sump pump installation that was done. A few hours later, the sump pump was not pumping water out from the pit. I had called for warranty service, and they were able to get a tech (technician 539), Cody, out the following day. Cody was very friendly and problem-solved the issue; A wing nut was stuck in the motor. Cody cleaned out the pit free of debris and installed a new pump. Cody was very professional and thorough with his work. He ensured everything was working properly before he left. We are satisfied customers!

Had both my AC systems serviced. The technician, Victor Reynoso, was very courteous and professional. During his inspection, he took pictures and afterwards he showed them and plainly explained to me what he saw. Gave me an estimate of how much life each identified part had plus an estimate of replacement cost if I chose to replace it. He was very informative and I never felt pressured to proceed with any of the recommended items. I would definitely request his return for future servicing of my systems.
