Canga Roofing

I was appalled by finding out there was a leak due to an improper installed vent that was already here when we moved in. Carlos from Canga roofing came out and identified the problem in a matter of minutes, and also discovered a 2nd vent was improperly installed. He showed me pictures and explained the metal ring around the shingles was supposed to be underneath the shingles, but they left it on top. I was horrified. The very next day someone else came by and fixed the problem on the roof but also treated the damp wood inside the attic where the moisture stains are. I have to say my anxiety got the better of me but will certainly call Canga again with future roof issues as well as recommend to my coworkers, family and friends. I can't say it enough, don't wait any longer if you have a roofing issue, even if you are not sure. One more note, I was afraid I was going to be talked into getting a whole new roof, but Carlos explained that I have at least 5 years of roof life left! Who does that??? Canga literally saved us when we were in a tight spot. We fired our siding contractor just before they were going to start and we needed a company to come out and install our James Hardie siding that was sitting in our front yard. We had no hopes of finding one to start any time soon in the middle of a the busy season. When Carlos came out and assessed our situation, we were very happy to see that his company is an Alliance member of James Hardie which means that his crew are experts at installing this very specific material. As he looked over our house, I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. He was able to fit us in and the house was completed in 7 days. His crew worked long hours and the communication we had with Carlos and his superintendent, Guillermo, was every day and excellent. We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful job they did from lap boards and staggered shake to caulking and touch ups, and at an extremely reasonable price. We highly recommend Canga Roofing and Remodeling, and plan on hiring them again when our roof needs to be replaced.

Thanks for replacing my wind roof turbine for no charge

As a new home owner going through their first insurance claim, Carlos was able to explain the process, what the insurance companies look for, and meeting their requirements. His teams tore off my old roof and replaced it, new siding and trim, replaced the gutters, and replaced 6 new windows. His crew replaced rotted wood when they found it, they cleaned up after every day and my house looks brand new. Highly recommend and would use them again!
