Generator stopped due to low oil. I shut it off. We were without generator power only a day before Four Seasons techs serviced thoroughly yesterday. They worked methodically, explained thoroughly, and patiently answered our questions. I am so thankful that we went with Four Seasons for heat, air, and generator service. We were concerned that they had grown too large too fast....but they have been a blessing to date.

I was lucky to have my technician. He was very knees and helpful and he explained everything as he went along. He also gave me advice about my situation. And he was very courteous. He should be the face of your company and train other technicians!! I give him a 10 out of 10!!!
Technicians are always knowledgeable, courteous. Neat and thorough. By having annual tune up of AC, avoids problems. We do the same for heat in the fall. It should be a 5 star rating, which we have given for years but scheduling was a hassle this time. The new AI scheduling system asks same questions repeatedly. Initial call this year we're told not scheduling later than 2 weeks in advance and they would call back when time we requested was available. Never called. We called again, scheduled appointment. Unfortunately we had to reschedule.
I had something going on in my basement, I assumed it was my sump pump with all the rain. I called in and Jennifer was incredibly helpful and kind in getting me an appointment that fit my schedule. I was already feeling some relief knowing I had someone reliable on the way. On the day of my appointment, Julio was able to immediately diagnose my ejector pump and explained the options I had available. I was grateful for how knowledgeable he was; it was clear he was trying to help me make the best decision for my home.
I can’t say enough about how they came through for us with over 100,000 people still out of power. They were great!! My power was out on my generator. They got me up and running within hours. I can’t say how grateful I am with their service!!
