From start to finish Global Exteriors did a fantastic job handling my roof replacement. They helped me navigate the insurance process and talked me through every step. When the job was performed the workers did a great job. Along the way the office staff was always in contact with any changes or just to answer questions. It was a great experience overall and I would recommend them to anyone in the future!

I have known Global Exterior Experts LLC for the last 11 years. Because of their expertise, knowledge and dedication to work, I have them back after the recent hail storm in our area. They assigned Joshua to assess the damage to the roof and sidings and helped filing the claim with the insurance. Aaron, the project consultant, helped in the selection of materials and followed up with the progress of the work. He was always ready to answer any questions I have throughout the project. Xochitl was very good in scheduling and set timeline for completion. Also Venessa was updating the status of the claim process. Kudos to the entire team!!!! The team was very professional and punctual and completed the project on time. Aron walked through the project after the project was completed. Everything was professionally done as I expected. I highly recommend working with them on your next home project.

They were very professional and friendly when they came over for the inspection. It was all pretty straightforward with what they told me and let me know what they would be doing. I had a gutter installed and they did a phenomenal job. I would recommend them for any of the services they do. They are easy to work with and do excellent and timely work. I am looking forward to calling them again if I need their services in the future.
Global recently did our roof, siding gutter, skylight and chimney chase cover replacement after the March hailstorm damage. We couldn't be more happy about the fantastic job Global's crew did. We had our roof done by Global in 2015 and we were happy about the work. We had no problems with the roof until this hail damage. Since there are so many contractors knocking on the door now, we did have offers from other 3 companies for comparison . But we chose Global mainly because of the sales rep Victor. I admit that we are not naive customers because we do our own study of the scope of work and cost. Victor was extremely patient with us. Victor explained everything and put every detail in the written contract. Victor found out that our insulation was poor and offered more insulation at a reasonable cost. All the work was done per contract. The work started even 2 weeks earlier than the expected date. Victor came over every day of the work. Most important, Global's crew was excellent. They are hard working and pleasant guys. They start by 7 or 7 30 AM and work till sunset only taking a break at lunch time. My heart is full of gratitude and appreciation for those guys. I wonder what the USA will do without those guys. Adrian, the project manager was very nice to come every day and also after completion to check on everything , plus he himself painted the Chimney cover and put new screen net on two of our damaged window screens. Our house looks excellent with the new roof, siding ,gutters, fascia and sofit. Our neighbors all appreciate it and said that their work wasn't done this good.Global worked with our insurance and our co-payment was reasonable .Thank you Global, Victor, Adrian and all those hard working guys who did the work . I wish I knew all those guys names. The actual working crew are the core of any company.
Response from the ownerThank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback! We truly appreciate your continued trust in Global Exterior Experts and are glad to hear that Victor, Adrian, and our crew provided the service and workmanship you expected. We’re especially happy to know you’re pleased with the finished project and the improvements to your home. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with the team. Thank you again for choosing Global and for your recommendation!
