Staff was very helpful. They listened to my explanation of my vision and steered me in the right direction and it wasn't to the highest priced section. This was my second purchase from Great Western Flooring and I got exactly what I wanted and didn't break my budget.
The crew did a terrific job. In and out quickly. The rug looks great. Definitely a 5 star job
A great experience at going into Naperville location getting supported by a specialist who got to be through the process came to my home did the measurements help me identify the flooring and ultimately got me to the point where I purchased and finally had things installed last week and I'm very very happy. The individuals were installed it came out and did it in less than 4 hours for the space that I had identified which include removing my toilet in my bathroom and replacing the floor. So a fantastic job professional and responsive
Great overall experience with Great Western Flooring. Good quality materials and exceptional service!
Jennie, Kate, Rachel and all the sales team members were fantastic, very helpful and supportive, super genuine and not at all pushy or over-attentive/salesy, it was like shopping with good friends. Showroom was very nice, full of high quality options, shipping was fast, pick up was easy with Nancy kindly helping me find Len in the warehouse who was awesome, loading my tiles and grout smoothly and safely for me. A great place to shop for flooring!
Emma at Great Western Flooring is an attentive, courteous and approachable design and sales consultant! She went out of her way to help with the process of choosing and ordering a rug from the vast selection of samples in the showroom. Even the process of picking up the finished rug was seamless. I will not hesitate to return to Great Western for future flooring purchases!
Great Western Flooring has been a huge asset to our 75 unit project in North Aurora.
