What a Blessing to have Kats come and install a new furnace in my home today! Giovani was very thorough in describing and showing me the failure of my original broken down furnace. His crew then came through to put in a new Bryant system and worked extremely hard to get everything perfectly installed in my home. Eddie and Louie were very polite, and hardworking. Anxious to do a good job you could tell. There promptness and hardwork allowed me to get everything done the same day....so grateful to them all, and happy to say my house is now toasty warm. Following up on this message today to say, thanks again to Kats for coming out on my almost one year anniversary to do the annual clean/tune up. Luis did a great job along with being very polite and kind. Thanks for your wonderful service.

Rey was the KATS tech for our regular furnace service. He went thru everything he was scheduled to do before he began. He also replaced the air filter on our request. Rey took photos of various equipment components that he inspected, and emailed them to me. Very friendly & trustworthy, as part of the KATS Team. Highly recommend!
