Ryan replaced a burnt out gfci outlet and switch. Professional very clean efficient work. Diagnosed and explained the cause of damaged recepticle. He represented MCC Electrical well.

We highly recommend MCC Electric!! Our house had lost power to half the house, which also included our air conditioner. We called many companies, including ABC and were greeted only by AI. MCC was the only company to have live employees answer the phone. Sheila was great to deal with given our situation and even though they were booked for the day still tried to see if she could get someone out same day for us. Even though they were booked tight, she did get us an early time window the very next day given we were talking to her at end of the business day basically. Our window was 10 - 12 and said if Vic who would be the Electrician Tech coming out would call 30 minutes early if he was done sooner on the job before us. Vic called us at 8:15 the morning of our service call saying he was done early and will arrive to us in 30 minutes. Now our time was scheduled for 10 - 12. This was outstanding. When Vic arrived and asked what our power issues was and we explained, he made sure to explained to us in easy to understand terms to not just me, but my wife, son, and daughter. Vic took pictures of our meter box outside which needed to be replaced and updated as well as our breaker box in our garage and explained why and showed me as he was testing all breakers. Vic was a pleasure to work with just like Sheila. A Family owned company that puts customers first. 2 for 2 going for MCC. Que in MCC Head Electrician Scott, Also a pleasure to work with. with a national backorder going on with the meter boxes, Scott was able to track one down in Indiana and got it delivered for us. All no surprises and no hidden costs, just up front honest quotes and no taking customer for as much as other companies try to do. This now brings us to Monday & Tuesday June 29th and 30th. As we all know was the start of the extreme heat wave here. Monday Pete arrives 7am as stated on our signed contracted to run all the grounds that needed to be done. I give everyone credit at MCC for Top of the field in this heat. Ground work done, now Tuesday, full power will be turned off to remove and install the new equipment. Tuesday, 7am Pete, Cody, and Mike (Mike - owner and Cody his son) Also arrive with Pete. power off at 8am, power back on by 2pm. They even brought a gasless generator to keep power to our refrigerator to avoid food loss. Only company I know of that offers a small service of convenience to their customers. 2pm 6/30/26 and still going, full power and most importantly, Air conditioning. Mike, Sheila, Vic, Scott, Pete, Cody with the pride you all take in MCC and if their are other employees of MCC We have not met, you have gained a customer for life. You put our family's stress and worries to ease. You all made us feel like your family. You are true to your statement on your website. No hidden costs, up front pricing at time of service call so the customer knows the entire time what they are facing. Mike and team, you should all take a bow you so greatly deserve. Great experience with Michael from MCC Electric. When my apartment lost power, he was one of the few electricians that responded and the only one who agreed to take the job after regular hours, although many claimed to have 24/7 emergency service. Michael was professional and knowledgeable, he quickly fixed the issue with a circuit breaker and even took time to point out and explain some other minor issues with a couple outlets and switches in my home. The price was fair and clearly communicated to me before any work conducted. Overall, I highly recommend him for all your electrical needs!

I have used MCC Electric for several residential electric needs. The first project they helped me with was installing new recessed lighting and adding additional outlets during a kitchen remodel. I was so thrilled with their work that I hired them again after moving into a new home for the installation of several ceiling fans (one being in a 2 story vaulted living room) as well as changing lightswitches to dimmer switches. They are extremely responsive, have exceptional customer service, and have exceeded my expectations with each engagement. Highly recommend!
