Nick was polite and explained everything well. He cleared up the drain clog and left everything very clean. He was prompt and professional. The tracking showing how soon he would arrive was very helpful.

We discovered our primary and backup sump pumps had both failed (probably days earlier and we didn't hear the alarm). Rainwater was rising fast in the sump pit because it was raining buckets. We were really sweating it. Our sumps are in a finished carpeted basement. We called several plumbers and no one was available to come out quickly to service us. In fact, with the heavy rain, plumbers were so busy there phones were busied out. We didn't have time to shop for a price. S&J answered phone promptly and promised to come out to replace our pumps and save the day. Chris (Our Hero) arrived shortly and after reviewing the situation and after discussing options, (understanding the emergency) went right to work. He was very friendly and answered all my dumb questions. He completed the job when he said he would and for the price we agreed on. No surprises. He was very neat. Worked with booties and tarps, cleaned up afterwards and took all the packing materials and old stuff away. All in all, I'm so glad we connected with S&J. We are very pleased with S&J and they are now our "go to" plumbing firm.

S&J Plumbing did a fantastic job on clearing out our sump pump drain pipe. Johnny and Robby were polite, knowledgable, and extremely professional.
