I have nothing but all good things to say about this shop from friendly, knowledgeable receptionist to the job, technician has done with very reasonable price. The best of all is honesty of this place. Today, it is very difficult to find a reputable place. I went to dealer for regular maintenance and I was told that my front lower arm control bushings are dry, rusted and rotten. The fee for replacement is over a thousand dollar. I came to this shop and they did comprensión inspection without charge. I couldn’t believe myself. During inspection, they did find my rear wiper was cracked and cabin filter dirty. It was done with reasonable price. I trust this place with all my heart. Wish more business follow this Shop model.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt like Tammy And Chrissy were family. I had Jeep issues when on I-80 and was able to “limp” to their facility. It has 149K on it and usually has one repair per year as it ages. In the 27 years that it has been serviced, no BS, my first Tinley Auto was experience was better than any in the lifetime of the car. I’m in Chicago and all family cars will now be going to Tinley for sure!
