Professional biography
David Miller is the executive chef of Chef By Request, which was founded in 1996, according to the caterer's website. He is a graduate of Johnson and Wales, where he earned a Bachelor of Culinary Arts degree, became a Certified Executive Chef in 2000 and is a member of the American Culinary Federation. In 2007 he completed a wine studies certificate at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, California.
