After no response from the real estate attorney who handled the original close on my house, I contacted 23 Legal LLC to handle a title change. Very fast response to my original request and any questions during the process. They responded quickly with a reasonable fixed price quote. They found that someone had placed a loan against the property 40 years ago. They did additional research withing the fixed price quote to insure everything was all right. Highly recommended.
