Chris was amazing. His communication was superb, I also felt like a knew what was going on with both my home sale and my purchase of a new home. Any questions I had, he’d find an answer. I had some work done on my home prior to selling and Chris helped organize the workers and make sure the projects were moving along and I wasn’t having any issues. During the week when both closes were scheduled (sale on Tuesday, purchase on Friday), there was an issue with the buyers financing related to condo association documents.

Sometimes you can tell when people really enjoy what they do. Chris took care of my mom and my sister by helping them find something comfortable and affordable. He always gave us updates throughout the process. Took the time to really look into the areas.
