You provided me with good legal Real Estate advice, but I do wish that we had another JUDGE charged with hearing our case. I not ever heard of a Judge that did not wish to read or learn anything about evidence! Anywho, that person is out of my life and I feel just awful that I had to pay him out of MY property for that large of a sum of money, when it was shown on documents filed by my parents with their Attorney that I had and did agree to pay off the remaining MORTAGE owned by MY PARENTS!…
