Wayne was very helpful with the sale of our home. We had some complications with our first buyer that he helped us work through smoothly and provided calm and steady advice to end that transaction. Afterwards we found another buyer and Wayne jumped right in and helped us get this second transaction to close. He has good and prompt communication.
