Matt Weber is co-owner of Clark's Car Care, which opened in north Naperville on November 1, 2001, according to the shop's website. Before opening the shop he worked in car dealership departments from detailing and parts to sales and finance, then spent five years as a customer service advisor in dealership service departments.
