Visited Chicago Cut Steakhouse at 300 N La Salle—packed and lively, though the noise made conversation a bit challenging. Our server was attentive and friendly, though the dining room’s energy felt chaotic. The steaks were flavorful, and the chocolate cake was a highlight, but the $400 bill felt steep for the portions. Parking was tight downtown, but nearby garages were manageable. A small suggestion: ask for a quieter table if possible. Overall, the food was solid, but the service and value left room for improvement.

What an amazing experience! Karina, our server, could not have been better. When our steaks were both overcooked, the manager, Saskia, ensured our food was made right. Such an amazing spot for steaks in River North!

Great experience. Came for lunch. Nice window seat. Exceptional service as expected from a steakhouse. Very attentive. Traditional steak house. Not trendy. Filet mignon and whipped potatoes were great. Steak cooked perfectly. Wish ribeye was an option. Lunch menu was limited. Beignets were good. No complimentary bread. I recommend! A lot of choices on the waterfront but great food and service here!
Quality of stakes was high, service was extremely professional and the terrace is superb. Why one star missing? Price is in any case e little too much than expectation and above all it is not possible to pay with the phone.
Wow. Everything from the service, to the atmosphere, to the food was top notch. I cannot believe this was my first time here. Our server Matt was so tentative..... I was shocked. Lobstercargot was probably my favorite dish I've had all year. 10/10.... Great job team!
