They are ordered by that rating and then by the number of Google reviews behind it. Ratings were read from each business’s Google Business Profile on 8 October 2026. Chicagoland Reviews does not vet or rate the businesses it lists, and it does not verify the reviews Google publishes about them. Premier membership is a paid placement on this site, and it does not affect the order on this page.

The order below is arithmetic, not judgement: it follows the Google rating on each listing and, where two ratings tie, the number of reviews standing behind them.

How to choose a steakhouse for the occasion

Check the dining room, the current menu, and the reservation, private room and parking arrangements. The ratings above say how reviewers felt about a visit. They do not say which room suits a client dinner, a celebration or a quiet meal for two. Three things to check before you book:

The room

Some steakhouses have loud, busy dining rooms and others have quieter rooms suited to conversation. The photos on a restaurant’s own website and the reviews on its listing show which kind of room you are booking.

The menu

Menus differ in the grades and cuts of beef they serve, in whether the beef is aged and for how long, and in what is offered besides steak. If a particular cut or a dietary need matters, check the current menu or call ahead.

Reservations, private rooms and parking

For a weekend evening or a larger party, reserve ahead. For a client dinner or a celebration, ask whether the restaurant has a private dining room, and check valet or parking before you go.
