Highest-Rated Chicago Pumpkin Patches & Fall Festivals (Google ratings, October 2026)

This page lists the 10 pumpkin farms and fall festivals in the Chicagoland Reviews directory with a Google rating snapshot of 4.0 or higher. They are ordered by that rating and then by the number of Google reviews behind it. Ratings were read from each business’s Google Business Profile on 8 October 2026. Chicagoland Reviews does not vet or rate the businesses it lists, and it does not verify the reviews Google publishes about them. Premier membership is a paid placement on this site, and it does not affect the order on this page.

Each autumn, pumpkin patches, corn mazes and harvest festivals open on farms and event grounds in and around Chicago.

The order below is arithmetic, not judgement: it follows the Google rating snapshot on each listing and, where ratings tie, the number of reviews standing behind them. A rating drawn from several thousand reviews and one drawn from a few hundred represent different volumes of feedback, so review counts sit beside every rating.

  • Parking

    3 of 11 reviews

Reviewers who mention parking call it free, easy or good, and one cautions that the car rows are packed close together, which makes getting in and out tricky for trucks and larger vehicles.

How to read this page

The order is produced by a rule with no membership term in it: the rating snapshot first, then the review count, then the business name. Premier placement does not change the order on this page. Here a Premier member places below a listing that pays this directory nothing.

Every figure here is a snapshot of a public Google Business Profile on the date shown beside it. Google ratings move, so live figures may differ from the snapshot on this page.

Chicagoland Reviews does not vet or endorse any place listed. All review counts and ratings are arithmetic records of publicly posted Google customer reviews.

How to plan a pumpkin farm or fall festival visit

The ratings above say how visitors felt about a visit, not which place suits your group or your day. Three things to check before you go:

What admission covers

Check the farm or festival’s own website for this season’s admission: what a ticket includes, which attractions cost extra, and whether weekend tickets have to be bought in advance. Prices and hours can change from one season to the next.

Attractions for your group

A visit with toddlers and a visit with teenagers call for different things, from animal areas and wagon rides to corn mazes and evening attractions. A place’s own list of attractions and the reviews on its listing show what is on offer.

Crowds, parking and facilities

Weekend visits in October can mean lines and full parking lots, so look on the place’s website for advice on when to arrive. Check parking, restrooms and food options ahead of time, and whether the paths suit a stroller or a wheelchair.
