We had Jared respond to our house this weekend for a service call and I was very impressed with his professionalism and customer service. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue and complete a comprehensive inspection and cleaning of our system. The person who took my original call was also very professional and ensured we had a quick response. It was such a relief during a stressful time!

Excellent service! In the midst of an extreme heat wave, our ac went out. I called Comfort First. They were very kind and helpful and fit us in the same day. Timothy L. was our service technician. He listened very carefully as we told him what we were experiencing and then went to work and got it back up running. He answered our questions very patiently and thoroughly. Comfort First will definitely be our go to company for any future heating and cooling needs!
**If I could put 10 stars I would!** The only call you need to make is here! After having another local company out who misdiagnosed the issue and quoted me a 3k+ price I called Comfort First. The technician took the time to double check what was looked at found the true problem and fixed it for under $500.00. They have very well trained technicians who all work together with one and other to make sure things are done correctly. The technician and the office were great to work with, and very accommodating. Everything is working great, and they were not price gouging. They truly live up to their name COMFORT FIRST!
Nothing but the best. From the moment we called, Kaylee and Nicole helped us get our A/C working by quickly contacting the technician, Cory (who was on his way home.). I appreciate the VERY QUICK and absolutely friendly service call. Yes, we "only" had a part issue and didn't need a whole new system. But these guys are on it, servicing their install from 8 years ago, and doing warranty work. Comfort first is our go-to!
Excellent service and communication! Seamlessly was able to book an appointment even with my complicated schedule. They worked around all my time restraints and still were able to see me almost immediately. Jared W was our technician and he was very thorough. Jake and Nate were absolutely wonderful! We also had Quintrell out recently for a diagnostic, and he was just as great. Everyone was extremely thorough, took the time to clearly explain everything, and made sure our water heater was installed correctly and functioning perfectly. We’ve had quite a bit of work done in our home with Comfort First, and every experience has been excellent. From the technicians to the office staff and management team, their customer service is truly outstanding. Highly recommend!
