Unfortunately, I've had multiple body repair requirements through the years. Fortunately, I found Crash Champions to do those repairs. I trust them to perform outstanding work at a fair and reasonable price. I've used Crash Champions for well over 10 years now. (I left similar reviews for other locations; this one is specific to the Orland Park facility as I don't recall them being here in 2019, my last repair event.) Crash Champions service is outstanding in every way, from repair quality, price, insurance claims facilitation - all done impeccably. Mike (my claims adjuster) and Eric (manager) were outstanding in every way and very customer focused. The repair workmanship was first rate, second to none. Finally, I thank them for making my claims process as painless as possible. Kudos to these guys, though I hope I don;t have to come back and see them too soon. ;-P

I initially picked up my car from another branch, and unfortunately there was a broken part that should not have been missed. When I brought the car to the Champlain location, the team was very professional, honest, and extremely helpful. They inspected the issue carefully, explained everything clearly, and the service was very fast. They fixed the problem properly without any hassle, and their attention to detail really stood out. I appreciate how both Crash Champions – Champlain and Crash Champions – Orland Park handled the situation and made sure everything was taken care of correctly. Car had bumper replaced. Staff was professional and friendly. I appreciated the updates on the status of the repair work. The work performed was excellent, and it was completed early. They worked well with my insurance company too.

We used Service King Collision Orland Park after a car accident that caused significant damage to our vehicle. They were able to work with our insurance to fix everything. The car looks perfect—as good as new! Mechanics are currently VERY backed up all over the area, and Service King was able to take our car in & fix it before the other guys would even see it for an estimate. We were updated consistently throughout the entire process. Great work, great service, and great workers! We will certainly use Service King as our mechanic in the future.
