Quick & efficient! Alex was really nice, helped me a lot over the phone when Geico would only let me book for 8 am appointments through my insurance. They were able to adjust my 8 am appointment to a time that worked better for me. Note: when booking through insurance they weren’t showing all the times available.. but m just call crash champions directly. It also took a few days for them to see my appointment via Geico. Idk if it’s just a Geico thing.

I was very impressed with their work and communication. They let me know what had to be done to fix my car, how long and how expensive they expected it to be, and then finished work ahead of schedule. They were also easy to work with in terms of securing and returning a rental. The work looks good and is covered by warranties. I hope I never visit here again, but if I do have to, I can feel safe knowing my car is in good hands.

I have never experienced such an easy process repairing my car as I did with Crash Champions Collision Repair Schaumburg. From start to finish, everything was simple and stress free. I dropped off my car, and they had a rental ready for me right away. When the repairs were complete, all I had to do was pick up my car, no complications at all. The shop did a great job! The repair on my car was quick and looks great! Communication was amazing, Chris and Kim in the office were super friendly and helpful with my rental pick up and return! And they even did a really good vacuum and wipe down of all the surfaces in the car. I got it back cleaner than I left it! Highly recommend this shop and will come back again if I ever need anymore body work done

Highly suggest this place! Had the luxury of working with Josh who is extremely nice, professional and will care for you car like it is his own. Ensures you are 100% satisfied with you car and if not - he will make it right. Accidents happen but the repairing piece shouldn't be stressful. And mine was not! Also Kim at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice as well. 5/5 for sure.

Had the pleasure of having Josh as my advisor. What a great guy. Very professional, patient, and extremely kind. When enterprise was taking longer than expected to pick me up, he offered to take me in his own personal car. As for the repair- everything was done seamlessly and I was very happy with the work the produced. They even went above and beyond with going through the trouble or reattaching my rear dash cam, adding in an extra missing screw on my license plate holder, and giving the car a wash and vacuum!! One of the employees also walked outside with me in the rain to go over what the team did to my car. So nice. The only down side of this place is the front desk woman. Very short rude and condescending. Not someone I’d expect to work at such a great place. Other than her I was very happy with crash champions. Thanks again!
