Estes Builders Inc.

We recently had Estes Porch Builders redo the rooftop fencing and planter boxes on our rooftop using Trex composite decking, and overall we’re very happy with the finished product. I’ll be honest—the prep phase and coordination were frustrating at times. The project experienced some delays, some of which were understandable and out of their control due to weather, while others felt like they could have been avoided with better scheduling and time management. Communication and coordination during that phase could definitely have been smoother. That said, once the work got underway, the team was professional, efficient, and did an amazing job. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really showed, and the finished rooftop looks fantastic. The Trex material completely transformed the space, and we’re very pleased with how everything turned out. Despite some bumps along the way, the end result was absolutely worth it. I would recommend Estes Porch Builders based on the quality of their work and the final product.

We had a great experience with Estes Builders. Our construction crew was experienced and clear in their communication about the plan throughout the experience. The end result was exactly what we were looking for and came at a great price! Would recommend to anyone looking help with a small outdoor project.

The Estes team was outstanding! They were professional, timely and communicated well. When we had some issues between our architect and village permit department they were very helpful. Arthur and the team working at our house were so nice and respectful. I can’t recommend Estes builders enough.

They did a wonderful job. Very professional to work with, much more so than the other companies I called. Workers were on time and fished the project much faster than I thought. My patio came out better than I expected and the price was very reasonable.

The team was great from start to finish! Porch Builders/Estes was communicative, collaborative and worked effectively and efficiently to rebuild our front porch and balcony, significantly upgrading the look of our home. We felt their quote was competitive, they worked quickly once they began and we appreciated how they kept the space clean and tidy. Thank you, team!

I cannot recommend Estes Builders highly enough! They recently repaired our roof membrane and added a new overlay for extra protection before building a brand-new Trex roofdeck, and the final result is absolutely amazing. After getting quotes from at least 7 to 10 other contractors, Estes Builders offered by far the best pricing for the quality work they deliver. It’s easy to see why they are so highly rated on the Trex website. The crew was remarkably fast, efficient, and thorough from start to finish. A special shoutout to Patrick, our main contact person—he was extremely communicative, helpful, and accommodating along every single step of the way. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free. If you are looking to build a deck or need top-tier contractor work done, hire Estes Builders. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat!

Porch Builders did an excellent job building our new Trex deck. Patrick & team were professional, courteous, and highly attentive to detail throughout the project. The finished deck looks fantastic, and we’re very happy we chose them.
