I had an excellent experience with Michele. She was extremely responsive and gave me great advice that secured me my current apartment. Fulton Grace does have broker some questionable properties though. Several of the apartments I inquired about and toured through them had many reviews of bed bugs or bad renter experience, so I recommend doing your research before applying for a lease.

I have worked with Macie Tonn at Fulton Grace several times now to help me find my rental. This time in particular, I was having a harder time finding my new dream home, as my current place is pretty fantastic. During the process, Macie continued to reassure me that we would find something without making a ton of sacrifices and that there was no need to panic or rush into any decision-making. On top of all of these factors, I travel a significant amount for work and Macie was willing to view apartments, set up showings, communicate with owners and brokers to ensure I had all of the information in a timely manner. Her team is also fantastic, and times when I had very small windows to view apartments and she was unavailable, Macie included other members of her team to ensure that I was able to view units in a timely manner. In the end, we found a place that we thought would be a great fit, but I wouldn’t have enough time to view it due to personal travel. She went on the viewing on my behalf, took extensive photos, videos and FaceTimed me throughout the whole process. She was extremely communicative following the showing and application process to help me get across the finish line in a timely and smooth manner.
