Satisfied Customer. My HVAC was just over 40 years old, and we knew a replacement was in the near future. I started the quote process with three companies in the area, with Magtek being the first. Darryl met with us soon after and spent an hour going over how he could help. He was prompt, spoke clearly and most importantly listened to our needs. Within a day I had an organized, detailed and itemized quote (none of the remaining quotes I received were at this level). After receiving the quote, I followed up with two other local companies that I was not impressed with. I thought I had time to wait and decide but my AC unit gave trouble and failed shortly after. I expressed my need to escalate the install to Darryl, and he offered to send a tech to get our AC working before they could do the install (all while responding when out of office). This was in the middle of a heat wave and much appreciated. To make a long story short it's the little things along with good communication that convinced me to go with Magtek. The installers did a great job. They were prompt, clean and organized and in general good people. I had some additional work done and all was completed in just over a day. The new unit I had installed is a higher end unit than I was originally looking for, but due to space constraints it turned out to be the best option. It works very well and we are very happy with the install and new system.

Fantastic experience with working with Magtek Mechanical Heating & Cooling! Professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with from start to finish. Company was incredibly responsive and punctual! Clearly communicated the timeline and explained the process and system. The unit and exterior also looked great! Also, worth mentioning that we just had siding work completed and there were nails left behind. Magtek team took it upon themselves to pick up loose nails as they worked and waited for the coolant check. Incredibly nice and well outside the scope of their contracted work. My new furnace/AC system works exactly as the way Magtek had described it. Darryl recommended my furnace which has a variable speed motor. The house temp stays about as stable as it can get and is much more comfortable from what was replaced. I couldn't be happier with this system and the tradesmen who did the installation are true professionals and did an outstanding job. Highly Recommended.

All my questions and concerns were addressed, and I slept like a baby that night with complete peace of mind. Just wanted to leave a quick review for Magtek because their tech, Dan, did an awesome job with my AC tune-up today. It’s always a bit of a gamble trying a new HVAC company, but these guys nailed it. Dan was punctual, super friendly, and really knew his stuff—he went right to work and made sure everything was running efficiently for the summer. It’s rare to find service this reliable and honest nowadays. I’ll definitely be a returning customer next year and will be signing up for their regular maintenance.

As always, Magtek delivered excellent service. Alex, the tech, was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing. I enjoy learning how people chose their vocation and he was happy to answer. It was quite apparent he likes working for the company which is always a good indicator of the quality of the business. He finished the job in a timely manner (despite my curious questions) and left with everything clean and in good order. Shout out as well to the support staff.
