I could have gone with the insurance company’s preferred repair shop since the other driver’s insurance carrier accepted full liability, but I’m so glad I did my own research. I searched Google, saw Mega’s amazing reviews, and decided to trust them with my vehicle. They performed outstanding, high-quality work that exceeded my expectations. My car looks great, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I also want to give them credit for something that deserves recognition. They had to deal with an insurance company that was an absolute nightmare throughout the repair process. There were times I felt bad for the shop because they were fighting to get the necessary work properly addressed and approved. I wish I could give more stars. Not only did they do an amazing job with my car but the customer service is unmatched. The rental car they provided was in a serious accident and when I informed them the first thing they asked is “Is everyone okay”. They cared more for myself and my family than their car. They have earned a loyal customer for life.

We have two adult children, and over the decade we have had over five accidents. Some were our fault, some were other’s fault, and one was a deer! We learned very quickly the best place to take any car is Mega Auto. If you are in the McHenry County area or even around that you should consider Mega. Maria and Derek are a family owned business, and they are extremely understanding, fair and professional. Their work is beyond compare. I highly recommend them!!
