I took a vehicle there for a Pre-Purchase Inspection after researching some shops in the area. I'm really happy with my decision. The team there was professional and engaging. They were helpful with questions I had and they provided a thorough report of everything they inspected. I felt like their work was detailed and comprehensive and they took extra time to review the vehicles history and areas of potential concern with me. They even let me look under the car and showed me a few things when they had it up on the lift which was cool. I would go back and trust them.

The folks at NAS know their craft very well. They are extremely good in pinpointing the root cause of any issue. Their work is impeccable and reasonably priced. We have always taken our vehicles to NAS with the confidence and conviction that ours are in best hands!! This time we had taken our vehicle for an undercarriage scraping noise for which they identified the root cause and even told us that some parts were still under warranty and they'd charge nothing. I had an amazing experience with Naperville Automotive solutions! I called the shop and Tyler was so helpful with me and answered every question I had for him. He helped me pick out a new exhaust for my car and seemed more excited than I was about getting it. He made the experience 10x better and I highly recommend this place for any car work. The owner also talked to me about my exhaust in a very respectful manner and it goes a long way!

I had a great experience here from the friendliness of Tyler in making my appointment. The day of my appointment they really worked with me trying to get my car in and out as quickly as possible due to another commitment that I had and I know that’s not always possible, but they really tried and they did a wonderful job helping me. The mechanic who worked on my car fixed what needed fixing and let me be aware of anything else they found that needed some attention for the near future. I really appreciate you guys and I will be back for future appointments if and when needed thank you so much.

Geoff and his team always come through for our family. They identify the repair needs, make solid recommendations for appropriate repairs. Naperville Auto Solutions is not the highest priced provider nor are they the lowest, however they ARE THE BEST. Trust them totally with all our auto maintenance and repair needs!

I went in to check what sounded to me like a very subtle front suspension rattle, The team at NAS were accommodating, very transparent and honest in their effort to answer my questions and inspect my cars front suspension.. there was nothing at all wrong and that is exactly what they told me. They only charged me 30 bucks instead of the full 75 bucks inspection, and they shared quotes for other routine maintenance jobs which cost half what Mazda dealer center charges!! I am certainly going back to do those.. highly recommended!
