I had a great experience working with Rick and his team on our bathroom project. From the beginning, Rick stood out because of how clear, honest, and transparent he was during the quoting process. He provided a detailed, itemized proposal that showed exactly what was included, which made it much easier to understand the scope and compare options. He also explained what materials we would provide, what his team would handle, showed proof of insurance, and provided warranty information, which gave us a lot of confidence before the work even started. Rick was also very upfront about how busy he was and gave us a realistic timeline for when he could start the project. I appreciated that a lot, especially after dealing with other contractors who either delayed quotes or stopped responding altogether. Instead of overpromising, he was honest about his schedule and followed through. During the project, Rick and his team were extremely polite, respectful, and clean. They kept us included every step of the way and made sure we understood what was happening throughout the process. I really appreciated that Rick gave his professional opinion on design choices based on his experience, but he never made us feel like he was overriding our preferences. He explained his point of view, gave us options, and ultimately let us make the final decisions. Rick also helped us with hardware selections and provided different options, which made the process much easier. His team paid attention to detail, communicated well, and treated our home with respect. Overall, the experience felt organized, transparent, and professional from the first quote all the way through completion. I have had Norbac do a full bathroom remodel with a luxury shower, replace all the flooring in my home , paint the entire interior of the house, install countertops and sink along with other work. There’s a reason they have done so much. They are the nicest, most polite and friendly people I’ve ever worked with. I tease that I will miss them when they are done. The work is amazing. They only use the highest quality materials . Their pricing is great and I was able to do more than originally planned because of that. I am already planning the next projects that they can help me with.

We were having a very difficult time trying to get someone to install our exhaust fan and range hood. We contacted Norbac and they responded quickly. They gave us a thorough overview of the work they’d need to perform and got us a great quote in a timely manner. The installers they had were professional and kept the work area clean. The supervisor gave us detailed updates throughout the installation. They definitely went above and beyond to insure we got a top notch product. I was totally satisfied with their work. We had an outstanding experience with Norbac Painting and Remodeling. They completely gutted our master bathroom down to the studs and transformed it into a space that exceeded our expectations. They replaced our old jet tub with a beautiful walk in shower, installed heated floors, vaulted part of the ceiling, and added an 84 inch vanity. They even thoughtfully created space for a future makeup vanity or laundry area. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. The timeline was exactly as promised, and the entire crew was professional, considerate, and highly skilled in their trades. They went above and beyond to keep our home clean each day and even addressed a few small items that were outside the original scope without hesitation. All of this was done while we had a ten month old on a two nap schedule, and they were incredibly respectful of that. The cost was absolutely worth it. They executed the entire project off of our own custom design and nailed every detail. We would not hesitate to recommend Norbac to anyone looking for high quality remodeling work.
