Outstanding customer service. Chose them because Crash Champions couldn't get my car scheduled and was giving me a 3 week timeline for basic repairs. River North took care of me immediately- texting and calling me directly, handled all the insurance paperwork. I ended up adding on interior detailing and it was fantastic. Work was completed exactly in the time frame asked for and with great professionalism. Would definitely use again.

After someone hit my car, my bumper was essentially falling off the car. I called and took my car into this shop and was treated how I had hoped. I worked with Abel and Dario on my options and they fixed exactly what I needed. They even cleaned my car for free. I fully recommend using this shop, they are trustworthy, efficient, and friendly. The repair also took them less than 24 hours. 5 stars
I had a great experience with this body shop from start to finish. Their customer service was top notch—professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire process. Dario, the manager at the 356 W Superior location, made everything incredibly convenient by arranging pickup and drop-off for my car, which I really appreciated. Abel did a fantastic job with the auto body repairs, and when my car was returned to me, it looked brand new. The work was excellent, and they even washed the car before returning it, which was a really nice touch. I hope I won’t need body work again anytime soon, but I’ll definitely be back to use their car wash service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding service.
Best in Chicago!!! I was referred by a friend, Billy and his team were so great. They got me in right away, the place is so clean and even smells amazing. I couldn’t be happier with this place. I got a warm welcome by Eddie. He was very polite and took the time to explain the process of repairs after an accident. He also explained to me how the insurance part works. He gave me updates and my car was done within a week. New bumper and new trunk door. They also cleaned the car and checked everything else to make sure it’s in good condition. They did a spectacular job! Thank you Eddie and team for your hard work!! Had an unfortunate situation where my car got scratched on the rear right panel. Shopping around to get quotes from body shops … most of them were way overpriced, and the process from “price quote to ordering parts to finished product” would have taken a month. Abel and River North became a no-brainer choice. I have used them for car washes, but never for body repairs. I showed Abel the damage, and he immediately said they could help. Communicated with me thoroughly thru the whole process. And it took just 2 1/2 days! Not to mention … he saved me THOUSANDS! Look at the before/after pics … beautiful!
