Showalter does an excellent job of explaining their proposals and offers. Will even take their time to explain their competitors’ proposals and offers. I was truly impressed. About eight years ago, I had them install a new roof for me. I only had one tiny leak in 8 years. Considering installment of another roof on another section this year. They deserve a 5 star. Been around since 1979 for a reason.

Showalter did our complete window replacement for our townhouse. We are more then completely satisfied with the customer service and the product . Shawn in sales did a fantastic job helping us decide on our new concept . The price was right and the best estimate we got . Mario and the installation team were very professional and diligent. The team was here to work and do things right the first time . Mario was extremely patient and went through all the windows with us to make sure we knew how to operate and were comfortable with the product . Brian who was in charge of our project delivered the best customer service I have ever received. Not only was he monitoring the installation but he was extremely concerned with the product . Brian made sure that all my windows were perfect . He noticed that a few sashes weren’t correct and had then remade and had them brought out with in a week . I would’ve never noticed , but Brian did and got it right . I would highly recommend using Showalter for window replacement and ask for Mario and Brian. You’ll be pleased with the end result .

Showalter Roofing did a fantastic job on my new roof. It all started with Andy who came to my house, looked at the roof and inspected my attic. No one else I called even came to my house. When I received the estimate it was higher than the other estimates, but, when I looked at each estimate I saw that Showalter was competitive with the other estimates, but they were suggesting other repairs. Andy saw cat eye mold in the attic and with a wife who is a Realtor I know you have to get rid of the mold before you can sell. He also suggested more installation and new skylights. No one else suggested those items. I really appreciated the complete job Andy did. On the day of the new roof installation Enrique, the site manager, was there bright and early and explained what would be happening during the day and the clean up that would be done at the end of the job. When John and his crew arrived they went right to work covering and protecting doors, windows and the A/C. When they were done everything was picked up and cleaned up. You could not tell they had even been there, except I have a brand new roof. The entire Showalter team did an excellent job and you cannot go wrong contracting with Showalter

We just used Showalter to replace our roof after hail damage and they were wonderful! Andy was so helpful and responsive and walked me through the process in great detail. They were able to petition insurance on our behalf and were successful in getting us covered for an entire roof replacement, instead of just the front of the roof, which is what we were originally awarded. They were so flexible when we needing work done quickly - and they completed our entire roof in less than a day and it looks amazing. SO grateful we found them and would definitely highly recommend!!
