Great venue for a concert. Try a box for a smaller, intimate setting or if you want to just get down with your crew. We sat Box 14 and it was perfect.

Was able to finally see one of my favorite blues legends as the head liner. Not sure what the heck took me so long. He put on a great show for being 90. Go see him if you get the chance. Chicago Theater is always a good time and doesnt disappoint. Always look forward to seeing a show here.
We went here to see *stand by me with the cast 40 years later* and had such a great time! The show itself was awesome but the venue was great also! My significant other uses a cane from time to time to assist with walking and we didn't even make it to the door before a staff member noticed and escorted us to the more accessible entrance, which was so kind and very helpful. ALL staff was very kind and helpful! And the beauty of the Chicago Theater definitely did not go unappreciated or unnoticed, it's an absolutely beautiful building and I will definitely be keeping an eye out on future events as I can't wait to go back!
Attended the Max Amini show at the Chicago Theatre and had an amazing experience! The sound system was excellent, making every joke and moment easy to hear and enjoy. The venue has plenty of space and everything felt well organized. The staff and guides were very helpful in directing people to their seats, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, a fantastic venue with great management and a wonderful atmosphere for live shows. Highly recommend!
Such a lovely theater! They really need to bring this style back in new buildings. The staff are helpful and the seats are comfy enough. Can get packed once the show ends but they manage the crowds well.
This historic theater is all kinds of awesome! I’ve seen numerous concerts and comedy shows here and it never disappoints. Love the decor and all the details inside. Seat sizing is tolerable but on the smaller end. Every view is pretty good. They do have numerous bars throughout the venue. Bathroom lines can get pretty long. I usually park in some close by lots since street parking is NOT the easiest around there. Lots of places to eat nearby if you want to grab a snack before or after.
