Tommy Pollina placed a patio and front porch steps for our yard. They did an excellent job and were very professional and followed up with us before the project started and after completion of the project.
Tommy Polina installed downspout capture intake drains to feed into a new French drain (over 40 feet underground in all). All work was carefully cleaned up and grass is already covering the French drain yard installation. This was the second and last phase of completing all my downspouts draining into repositories that keep all rainwater on my property and away from my house. Even the heaviest rains soak in after 24 hours.
We had a serious drainage problem in Bartlett that a severe storm made very apparent. We needed a good plan to resolve and experienced execution, and we got both with Tommy Polina. Before and after pictures tell the full story!!
Tommy Pollina did a large drainage project for me and they did a great job. What truly sets them apart is their long term commitment. Over the next 2 years some issues came up as the ground settled. Both times, I reached out, and they came back out to fix the issues as warranty work free of charge. It is so rare to find a company that stands by it's work so completely and honors their promises. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
Really happy with the work from Tommy Pollina Landscaping! Marilee was great to work with—friendly, responsive, and very helpful with recommendations without trying to overcomplicate things. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and completely transformed our yard with new grading and a clean, simple design that looks great. Pricing was competitive, and the crew was professional and did quality work. Great experience overall, and I’d definitely use them again for future landscaping projects.
We had a fantastic experience working with Tommy Pollina Landscape Company on the complete landscaping of our new construction home. They coordinated every aspect of the outdoor project, from the plants, trees, and shrubs to the steel fence with custom Buechel Stone columns, concrete patio, retaining wall, and Bluestone pavers, engineered NDS drainage, Kichler lighting, irrigation, and final sod installation. There were understandably some delays along the way (weather, material delays, etc), but the end result was absolutely worth it. Dan, Joe, Whitney & the entire crew brought everything together beautifully, and we’re extremely happy with how our outdoor spaces turned out. The finished landscaping has completely transformed the property and made our new home feel truly complete. We would definitely recommend TPLC to anyone looking for a team that can manage a full-scale landscaping project from start to finish!
