Wildfire

We.had a great family meal here. We had a reservation and were seated in the middle of the main seating area. It is a nice modern interior that is welcoming as a steakhouse should be. Service was excellent. Helpful and not overly attentive. We started with some cornbread, meatballs and bacon wrapped scallops. I had the beef wellington special but others had steak and chicken. Everything was delicious. Really filling and well prepared. The side of Mac & cheese was very tasty and so was the au gatin potatoes. I would definitely go back here. Really nice place.

As always, we had another wonderful dining experience at Wildfire tonight for my husband's birthday. This restaurant has been one of our favorites for years and never disappoints. We've been coming here since the early 2000s to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, date nights, and business events, and the food and service continue to be exceptional. Tonight, we had a 7:30 p.m. reservation, close to closing time and our server; Tony provided outstanding service. He was professional, attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcomed from start to finish. Even late in the evening, the level of hospitality and attention to detail never wavered. Wildfire remains our go-to restaurant for special occasions, and experiences like tonight remind us why we keep coming back.

We went there for our anniversary. The food was delicious! We started with the chopped salad, then ordered the crab cakes and prime rib. We ended with a piece of delicious flourless chocolate cake. Rubin and the staff were wonderful!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Have been going to this particular Wildfire for quite some time. It’s always been consistently wonderful. This time it was above and beyond. Primarily due to our server, Israel. I believe that is what his name was. He was absolutely amazing. One of a kind. I never had to ask for a refill it was just on the table before I knew it. Amazing guy and an even better server! Will definitely be back again and asking for him!

celebrated my birthday at Wildfire in Oak Brook last night and had such a wonderful experience! Our waitress, Francis, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. She checked on us at just the right times, had a warm personality, and truly helped make my birthday dinner feel special. The food was delicious and the service made it even better. Thank you, Francis, for helping make my birthday celebration so memorable. I will definitely be back!

We went to Wildfire for Sunday lunch during Restaurant Week in January 2026. The restaurant featured a pre fixe lunch menu with starter and main course for $30. The environment was friendly and inviting and we struck up a conversation with other dinners easily. First our waiter Kesha was a star, friendly and attentive. Our table started with the Bison Meatball appetizer (not on the pre fixe menu so an additional $15, we also added a side of freshly made cornbread at $9). I went with the Shrimp & Crab Bisque for my pre fixe starter, which I found excellent. Others had the Spinach Salad and Ceasar Salad. My main was the Bison burger Deluxe, an excellent choice; it was tender and flavorful, they did have an aioli on the bun but just enough to create a barrier from the bun becoming soggy from the juicy burger. My husband went with the Grilled Faroe Island Salmon which he informed me was a special treat and not available everywhere. My friend had the Blackened Swordfish Sandwich. Another tasty choice. We end up with some chocolate cake and ice cream.
